Mustard Oil

Mustard oil is a traditional cooking oil of northern India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.  Mustard is the oil lowest in saturated fat, and very high monounsaturated fats [76%--see http://www.recipetips.com/kitchen-tips/t--1194/oils-and-fats-nutritional-facts.asp.]   Mustard oil has a similar fatty acid profile to that of canola oil, with 9-15% omega 3 fatty acids.

People of the subcontinent also use mustard oil as a topical treatment for massage and as a hair or skin treatment (see  http://ksoils.com/mustard_tips.htm)

Our mustard oil, cold pressed, retains the full aromatics of this unique and intriguing addition to your culinary toolbox.
